About Us
Genuine Care Home Care provides the elderly community the ability to live safely in their homes and communities, while managing chronic health issues, recovering from a medical setback, or living with disabilities. We do this by assisting them to live independently and with dignity through assistance provided by trained professional caregivers. Such support also provides relief to caregivers who are looking after loved ones. We are unique because we are a small, family-owned business and pride ourselves in working closely with our clients, their families, and support network. We always provide the utmost professionalism and attentiveness to our clients.

Noelia Navarro, CDP, Owner
Noelia is an experienced home care professional with over ten years of industry experience including administrative, customer service, scheduling, recruiting and HR. Based on that experience she honed her ability to perfect the match between client and home caregiver because she knows the right relationship makes all the difference. Noelia is a Certified Dementia Practitioner. She obtained this certificate in order to better understand and accommodate the needs of clients living with dementia. Noelia’s goal is to help all seniors live with dignity and support to age safely in the comfort of their own homes.
Amanda Madu, Community Liaison
Amanda is a dedicated advocate for compassionate care and community engagement, she is thrilled to serve as the Community Liaison at Genuine Care Home Care. With a wealth of knowledge and hands-on experience in the care industry, her journey has been guided by a passion for making a positive impact in the lives of others.
Having earned a master’s degree in business management from George Mason University, she is equipped with a solid educational foundation to support her role. Amanda is also a certified dementia practitioner, a qualification she pursued out of her passion to serve better.
Whether it’s collaborating with healthcare professionals, community organizations, or advocating for those in need, she strives to ensure that Genuine Care Home Care remains a beacon of support and empathy in our community. She is dedicated to upholding the values of Genuine Care Home Care and look forward to serving and supporting our community with warmth and expertise.
